MMGA Event Terms and Conditions

This website and its related services (the “Services”) are provided by the MemeCore operations team (the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services. The MMGA event, along with its associated leaderboard, content, wallet connection features, and social missions, are subject to these Terms.

1. Non-Investment & Non-Political Notice

‍MemeCore, the MMGA event, and the $MeCo leaderboard are provided solely for the purpose of expressing support for and engagement with meme culture, and are not intended to be an investment solicitation, investment contract, security, or any kind of financial product.

This event is non-political in nature and is not affiliated with any politician, political party, election, or government agency.

2. Participation Requirements & Reward Criteria

‍To participate in the event, users must connect both SOL and EVM wallet addresses and submit a valid Twitter handle.

‍Leaderboard scores are only counted if all required missions by MemeCore are fully completed (e.g., creating an ANTS Maker profile, submitting wallet addresses, generating a token, posting a tweet, etc.).

‍

‍Only users who complete their participation between May 9, 2025, 02:00 UTC+0 and May 23, 2025, 08:00 UTC+0 will be eligible for rewards.

‍

‍In the case of tied scores, users who completed the missions earlier will be given priority in ranking.

‍

‍If a user deletes their event tweet before the event ends, they may be disqualified from receiving rewards.

‍

‍The leaderboard automatically updates every hour and may change based on internal criteria.

‍

‍Only the top 10,000 ranked users will be displayed on the leaderboard, and only those within the final top 10,000 will be eligible for the airdrop rewards.

3. Wallet Scoring Criteria

‍Leaderboard rankings are based on internal activity scores assigned to connected wallets.

‍While various factors contribute to scoring, the exact criteria will not be disclosed externally.

‍

4. User Consent & Data Disclosure

‍By participating in the event, users agree that their Twitter handle and wallet addresses will be publicly displayed on the leaderboard.

‍All participation records and rankings will be stored in the MemeCore system and may be used for marketing and community operations.

‍All collected information will be deleted immediately after the rewards are distributed.

‍

5. Limitation of Liability

‍The Services are provided “as is” without any guarantees regarding accuracy, stability, or availability.

‍

6. Rights & Modifications

‍MemeCore reserves the right to change or cancel the structure, content, rewards, duration, and participation criteria of the event without prior notice.

‍These Terms may be updated at any time, and changes will be announced on the event page.

‍By continuing to use the Services, users are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
